Hospital food and culinary cuisine rarely go hand in hand, unless you’re referring to what’s cooking in Chef Jackie’s kitchen at TGMC. Thanks to her, TGMC’s cafeteria defies standards with its meals that are both delicious and healthy. With a culinary and dietetics degree, Chef Jackie knows the impact of fresh ingredients and the healing powers of comfort food. Chef Jackie believes that healthy eating can be delicious and encourages her staff and the community to use local ingredients and think outside the box.
