In order to be considered eligible for Tenant Based Rental Assistance, applicants must be currently living in a homeless shelter in Terrebonne Parish, have a written recommendation letter from a managing officer of the shelter, working a minimum of 30 hours per week and have a total household income that does not exceed 60% of median income as determined by the Department of Housing Urban Development.
