Online Payments through myTPCG

Beginning July 2019, your online gas/electric utility payments and account access are moving into myTPCG, the mobile-friendly one-stop TPCG user portal. Your myTPCG account will give you simpler, more personalized online experience with Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government.

With myTPCG, you can link your gas and electric services, pay your bill, view payment history, view monthly usage, and compare bills to prior months. In addition, you can sign up for bank draft online. Visit myTPCG.org to get started. When you are ready to link your gas and electric services, be sure to have the following information handy. That’s it!

  • account number
  • number portion of the service location
  • amount due on your last bill

Customers can register multiple gas/electric service locations under one myTPCG account as well as pay balances. See below for a detailed list of all payment types accepted. Payments are processed through a secure connection to Hancock Whitney Bank. Customers are not required to have an account with Hancock Whitney Bank to make payments online.
