The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government's Head Start Program is accepting applications for children ages 3 to 5 years from low income families for the current school session. Parents of children with severe disabilities are encouraged to apply. Visit any of these locations to apply.
To be eligible for the current school session, children must be 3 years old by September 30th of that year.
Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Head Start Program does not charge a fee or solicit a fee for services to families enrolling their child into the Head Start Program.

Proof of income (2 check stubs, current food stamp printout, previous year tax return, child support order, SSI award letters, unemployment compensation printout)
Child's birth certificate
Child's updated immunization record
Child's social security card
Parent's driver's license/I.D. and social security card
Child's Medicaid card or insurance card
Court order of guardianship of child, if applicable
Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement)
Child's evaluation or I.E.P. (if applicable)
