The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government’s Pump Station Operator is responsible for regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on lifts stations and related equipment to ensure smooth operations of the wastewater system. In this role, the incumbent will be expected to performing general maintenance and repairs on wastewater pumping equipment, conduct ground maintenance, temporarily replacing other pump station operators, and assisting the line crew when required. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, interpreting instructions, and comprehending the operation of wastewater pumping systems. Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician

Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government’s Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, coordinating event setups and teardowns, and supervising all Facilities Maintenance Assistants. In this role, the incumbent will be expected to coordinate with Supervisors to review upcoming events duties, assign tasks to support staff, and ensure that all areas of the building are clean and operational before and after each event. The Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician also participates in staff hiring, training, and evaluations, and ensuring a safe working environment. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the janitorial and operational supply inventory. Sewerage Supervisor - Treatment

The Sewerage Supervisor – Treatment is also responsible for managing plant functions and personnel, developing operational plans and improvements, preparing reports and budget requests, supervising plant employees, implementing a preventive maintenance program, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing training to plant operators.
