Parish President Gordon E. Dove is pleased to announce that effective Monday, April 1, 2019, all TPCG utility customers will have the option to use the old Chase Bank drive-thru facilities located on the ground floor of the Gabasse Street Parking Garage to pay their bills. Instead of walking into Government Tower and waiting in line for a teller, customers can utilize this new service from the comfort of their vehicle.
Two lanes will be available for these services. The after-hours drop-box will be moved from the rear of Government Tower to lane 1 as shown in the attached layout. Directional signs have been placed in the garage for customer assistance, and surveillance cameras have been installed for customer security.
Payments can be made by credit/debit cards, personal/business checks, cash, money orders, traveler’s checks, or cashier’s checks, and receipts will be given at the time of payment. The following forms will be available for pick up at the drive-thru:
Seasonal TPR Sports Registration Forms
Change of Occupancy Forms
TPCG Commercial Permit Application Requirements
TPCG Mobile Home Permit Application Requirements
TPCG Residential Permit Application Requirements
Civic Center Event Flyers
Special Notices as Authorized by TPCG Parish Council
Special Notices as Authorized by TPCG Administration
When asked about this, Mr. Dove replied, “I have instructed my Administration to always be looking for ways to improve the quality of life for our citizens, and this drive-thru service for our utility customers is just one small example of this.”
This service will be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
