The Terrebonne Parish Animal Shelter is excited to announce that the shelter will participate in the Clear the Shelter event on from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at the Terrebonne Parish Animal Shelter. For this one day event, adoptions will be $15 for all cats and $25 for dogs.

Dozens of animals are currently available for adoption at the Terrebonne Parish Animal Shelter. Pictures of some of the adoptable animals can be found on the shelter’s facebook page, adoptapet.com, and petfinder.com.

Adopted animals are provided with the following:

• health exam
• vaccinations
• dewormer
• appropriate testing
• microchip (including registration)
• spay/neuter
• 1 mo. supply of flea prevention
• 1 mo. supply of heartworm prevention (dogs)
• Starter bag of Hill’s Science Diet food
