In an effort to limit face-to-face contact and stop the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the TPCG Government Tower will be closed to visitors until further notice. During this time, our drive-thru lanes (lanes 2 and 3), located in the Gabasse Street parking garage, will be accepting all forms, payments, applications, etc. that were being accepted at the teller windows in the customer service lobby. This includes:

• Gas and/or electric utility payments
• Gas and/or electric utility service setup
• Gas and/or electric utility service disconnections
• TPCG invoice/statement payments
• Culvert payments
• Security light applications
• Average/levelized billing applications
• E-bill applications for gas and/or electric utilities
• Authorization form to designate another person to manage a utility account
• Bank draft applications
• Gas line installations

Drive-thru lane 4 will be accepting trade and building permit applications and payments. To apply online, visit tpcg.org/permits/apply. 

Additionally, the drive-thru lanes (lanes 2 and 3) and the drop-box (lane 1) will serve as a drop-off location for payments and documents for other TPCG departments; however, customers must be aware that payments for these transactions will not be processed immediately and no receipts or change can be given. These items will be delivered to the appropriate department where they will be processed accordingly.

For gas/electric utilities and TPCG invoices, don’t forget the other payment options available to you:

• Utility Drop-Box: Located in the Gabasse Street parking garage, lane 1. Do not leave cash in the drop-box.
• Mail: TPCG/Customer Service, P.O. Box 6097, Houma, LA 70361. Do not mail cash.
• Online thru myTPCG.org: Pay and sign up for bank draft for gas/electric utilities and TPCG invoices only. Have your bill or invoice handy.
• Phone: Pay gas/electric utilities by calling (844) 331-8341. Have your account number handy.
