Behavioral health and primary care services will be provided for Terrebonne Parish residents from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5232, LA 56, Chauvin. 

Services include mental health, substance abuse, primary care, medication management, intervention, crisis counseling, resource referral, and more.
