Parish President Gordon E. Dove and the Terrebonne Parish Council invite you to the Edward "Bubby" Lyons Dedication of the Courthouse Square beginning at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at the Courthouse Steps. 

Edward "Bubby" Lyons was Mayor of Houma from 1978 to 1984 and served as the first Parish President from 1984 to 1988.
