2024 Draft Annual Action Plan Open for Public Comment Until July 17

Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government has prepared a draft Annual Action Plan for its 2024 Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Program as required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. All interested parties are invited to review the document, as well as comment or ask questions. The Annual Action Plan describes how the anticipated 2024 grant funds will address the housing and community development needs identified in Terrebonne Parish’s 2020-2024 Five-Year Consolidated Plan.

The draft Annual Action Plan will be available for review beginning Monday, June 17, 2024, and ending Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. It can be reviewed at the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Department of Housing & Human Services at the following location Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.:

A public hearing will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Department of Housing & Human Services on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Comments or questions must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2024, to Antoine Foret, Department of Housing and Human Services Assistant Director via email at aforet@tpcg.org or at the physical address listed above. All comments concerning the draft 2024 Annual Action Plan will be considered by Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government.

Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government encourages the participation of all citizens, particularly those who are low-income, disabled, minority, non-English speaking; and those that live in substandard housing or blighted neighborhoods.
