Housing & Human Services Encourages Residents to Apply for Utility Assistance July 23-26

Parish President Gordon E. Dove, his Administration, and the TPCG Parish Council wish to announce that the TPCG Department of Housing & Human Services is offering utility assistance to low-income families. 

Residents interested in applying must go to one of the sites on the date and time listed below:

  • Tuesday, July 23, 2019
    • 8 to 10 a.m. - Civic Center, 346 Civic Center Blvd., Houma
    • 1 to 3 p.m. - East Houma Gym, 126 Boundary Rd., Houma
  • Wednesday, July 24, 2019
    • 8 to 10 a.m. - Ward 7 Citizens Club, 5006 Hwy 56, Chauvin
  • Thursday, July 25, 2019
    • 8 to 10 a.m. - Devon Keller Gym, 5575 Bayou Black Dr., Gibson
    • 1 to 3 p.m. - Andrew Price Gym, 1829 West Park Avenue, Schriever 
  • Friday, July 26, 2019
    • 8 to 10 a.m. - Dulac Community Center, 125 Coast Guard Rd., Dulac

Doors will be locked at closing time. No one will be allowed in once the doors are closed. No exceptions. 

Residents can apply every 6 months if funding is available and applications are being accepted. Residents do not need to have their utilities through TPCG in order to qualify.
