Terrebonne Parish President Gordon E. Dove would like to announce that Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government shall offer a free grant that will make your home more energy efficient, which helps lower your utility bills.

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is a federally funded program designed to help make your home more energy efficient by adding weatherization measures such as insulating attics and walls, LED light bulbs, weather stripping windows and doors, HVAC maintenance, addressing indoor air quality issues, combustion appliance analysis, and other measures at no cost to you.
