In order to help prevent the spread of coronavirus in Terrebonne Parish, a Parish-wide curfew has been jointly implemented by Terrebonne Parish President Gordon Dove, Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Jerry Larpenter, and Houma Police Chief Dana Coleman, beginning April 1, 2020, from 10PM till 5AM and will remain in effect daily until further notice.

Due to the growing concern of the Coronavirus, the Bayou Home Show has been postponed. The rescheduled dates will be posted as soon as they are announced.
The 11th Annual Bayou Home show will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, 2020, at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center.
This event will feature the best products and services for everything in a home, including the latest in kitchens, bathrooms, siding, and more. Shop and compare the right products and the best prices for all your home improvement needs.
This event also features the Cannata's Food Festival. There will be free samples, tastings, coupons, and recipes from over 40 vendors, plus exciting new products from all of your favorite supermarket brands. There will also be a $1,000 grocery giveaway for one lucky winner.
