In-person early voting will be held at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center, 346 Civic Center Blvd., Houma. Early voting hours will be 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Friday, October 16 to Tuesday, October 27 (closed on Sundays). 

Once you park at the Civic Center, there will be signs directing voters on where to enter. If the line is extending out the door, voters are asked to continue social distancing while waiting in line. Once inside the Civic Center, follow the markers in the lobby until you get to the arena.

There will be a separate marked entrance for mobility-impaired voters.

Once in the arena, an election official will check voters in and direct them to a voting booth. Once the ballot is cast, voters must exit the voting area.

Reminders:

• Bring a picture ID.
• Come prepared. There may be a three-minute time limit, so voters are encouraged to prepare by reviewing the sample ballot online at geauxvote.com.
• Exit the premises after voting. 
• Wear a mask for everyone's protection. The necessary procedures will be followed to ensure voters and workers are in a safe environment.
• Per Louisiana Law R.S.: 18:1462, electioneering is not allowed at voting sites. Early voting locations and election day precincts are considered campaign-free zones. Voters cannot wear items in support of or against any issue or candidate. No candidate/campaign shirts, buttons, logos, masks, signs on vehicles, etc. are allowed. Voters will be asked to remove all items before entering the building. Additionally, voters are asked not to discuss an issues on the ballot while waiting in line.
