Have a Concern About Garbage, Solid Waste, Recycling, or Bulky Debris?

Do you have a concern related to garbage, solid waste, recycling, or bulky debris? The TPCG Solid, Hazardous, and Recycling Waste Department is more accessible than ever, with multiple ways to reach out with your request or concern.

To make a request for a bulky debris pickup or a new/replacement garbage can, report an illegal dumping, or submit a question or concern, you can access the request form directly by visiting tpcg.org/requestsw. This link directs you to the department's request menu, which allows you to submit a new request or check the status of an existing request.

You can also access this request menu from the tpcg.org homepage:

  • Look for the Trash Pickup icon in the scrolling carousel at the bottom of the homepage.
  • Type in key words related to your request in the How Do I… box located on the left side of the homepage under Welcome. As you type, a list of suggestions will display. Try words such as bulky waste, debris, dumping, trash, etc.

Looking for additional information on the Solid, Hazardous, and Recycling Waste Department? Visit tpcg.org/solidwaste to get information on community recycling, hours of operation for various facilities and drop-off locations, the holiday schedule for garbage pickup, and more.
