Teche Action Clinic is committed to serving our patients and providing timely information surrounding our service offerings and availability to better serve the public.

Beginning Wednesday, September 15, 2021, Teche Action Clinic will resume operations at its Houma (1014 W. Tunnel Blvd., Houma, La) and Dulac (189 Mozart Dr., Houma, LA) locations. These sites will be open 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Mondays - Thursdays, until further notice. We are currently fully operational Monday - Fridays from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm at our Franklin (1115 Weber Street) , Morgan City (1124 7th Street)  and Pierre Part (3528 HWY 70 South) locations and are also open Saturdays 8:00 am - 3:00 pm at our Franklin location. As a health care system, Teche Action Clinic is able to provide care to our patients at any alternative site if their primary office is not open. We are also offering telehealth visits for any patients in need of remote services.

We are committed to fully restoring access to healthcare for the families, friends and neighbors of Terrebonne Parish and its surrounding areas.

Teche Action Clinic is a private, not-for-profit, federally qualified health center, accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home.  We are committed to providing comprehensive, safe quality healthcare to residents of St. Mary, Terrebonne, St. John, St. James, Lafourche and Assumption Parishes, and  surrounding areas.
