TPCG Public Auction on June 2, 2012

The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government will hold a public auction Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the City of Houma Service Complex, 301 Plant Road, Houma, Louisiana 70363. Registration will begin at 8:00 AM and bidding will begin at 10:00 AM. Inspection of auction items with viewing will be Friday, June 1, 2012 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Tractors (TPRD #11), Cars, Trucks, Dump Trucks, Bus, Camper, Dozer, Gradall, Excavators, Dragline, Buckets, Pile Driver, Low Boy Trailer, Utility Trailer, Pumps, Diesel Engines, Electric Motors, Boat Motor, Mowers, Desks, Filing Cabinets, Chairs, Telephone Systems, Typewriters, Bus Parts, Cameras, Dirt Bike, Golf Cart, Office Machines, Tires, Window Sashes, Toddler Cots, Refrigerators, Surveillance Equipment, Cafeteria Supplies, Concession Stand Supplies, Lawn Equipment, SCBA Tester, Computer Equipment, Fiber Optic Cable, Bus Fare Boxes & Vaults, Credit Card Machines, Laboratory Equipment, Medical Equipment, Mailing Machines, Miscellaneous Items. All items purchased must be paid for on auction day. You may use cash or cashier’s checks. All checks will be made to Moreau Auction Co., LLC. Personal or company checks must have a Bank Letter of Credit guaranteeing payment. Bank drafts will not be accepted. The successful bidder is responsible for removing or loading the merchandise awarded to him. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government will assist only within their availability of manpower and equipment. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of buyer at the time of purchase and buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from sale premises. Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government will allow merchandise to remain on the sale premises for a period of three (3) working days. The buyer will forfeit any items not removed from the sale site within three (3) working days from the date of the sale. The highest qualified bid will be the one determined to offer the best advantage to the Parish of Terrebonne. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject all bids for any reason in the best interest of Terrebonne Parish. The parties acknowledge that this sale is made "AS IS, WHERE IS" which is acknowledged by the Purchaser.
