We are getting geared up for our annual Christmas parade on Friday December 7, 2012. At this time we have fifteen (15) available floats. The cost to rent a float is $925.00. Due to high demand this year, we will not be able to hold any floats. It will be on a first come basis. A deposit of $50.00 should be made payable to TPCG. Your deposit is non refundable, but your deposit will hold your float until your second payment of $350.00 which will be due by September 28th and your final payment of $525 will be due in full on November 7,2012.
Your float can hold up to 20 people and still have room for your throws. The parish will provide the harnesses and the generator on each float. The floats will be stationed at Terrebonne High School by 4pm, and we ask that you take this opportunity to bring your throws to be placed on your float. The parade will begin at 6:30pm in the parking lot at Terrebonne High School; it will roll down Main Street then turn on Barrow Street and end at the corner of Barrow and School Street. The drivers of each float will allow the riders to get off at the Folklife Culture Center corner of School and Goode Street, at this time please take your belongings with you.
