Need help preparing for your Louisiana General Contractors State Licensing Exam? The six-week Louisiana Contractors Accreditation Institute will help you.

Classes will be taught two hours, twice a week at Fletcher Technical Community College beginning Oct. 3. The class meets twice a week and costs only $200.

The topics include the bid process, contract management, estimating, equipment management, scheduling, occupational safety, risk management, financial and business management, bonding and access to financing, certifications and available resources, and entrepreneurship training.
