The Terrebonne Council on Aging (TCOA) will be partnering with Peoples Health to put on a Thanksgiving Dinner for the local seniors (ages 60+). Peoples Health and Second Harvest will provide the meal while the Council on Aging hosts Bingo. There will be music by Piece of Cake Band and fun socialization with friends. Lunch will be served at 11:00 am and Bingo will begin at 1:00 pm. The menu includes: herb-roasted turkey breast, cornbread dressing, turkey gravy, herb-roasted sweet potatoes, green beans amandine, and cushaw squash spice cake with cream cheese frosting. The function has a 300 person maximum so it is on a first come, first serve basis. Please reserve your place by calling (985)-868-8411 ext. 209.
