The Terrebonne Parish Animal Shelter will offer $25 cat adoptions and $50 dog adoptions in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. The "Find Your Hidden Treasure" event will take place at the following times: 

• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018
• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018
• 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018

The shelter will not be open for intake on Saturday.

Adopted animals are provided with the following: 

• Health exam
• Vaccinations
• Dewormer
• Appropriate testing 
• Microchip including registration 
• Spay or neuter
• One month supply of flea protection
• One month supply of heartworm prevention (dogs only) 
• Starter bag of Hill's Science Diet food
