In order to help prevent the spread of coronavirus in Terrebonne Parish, a Parish-wide curfew has been jointly implemented by Terrebonne Parish President Gordon Dove, Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Jerry Larpenter, and Houma Police Chief Dana Coleman, beginning April 1, 2020, from 10PM till 5AM and will remain in effect daily until further notice.
Terrebonne Parish is pleased to announce that a comprehensive offering of the MyGovernmentOnline online permit and inspection software. The software will greatly enhance the permit application submittal and payment experience for contractors and residents.

You may create your free customer portal account as soon as possible if you do not already have an established account. The MyGovernmentOnline software will allow you to begin applying for your permits online rather than traveling to the permit office. Please note that any documents required with an application, such as Building Plans, must be uploaded in PDF format when submitting your application.
