Permits Applied For

Terrebonne Parish started using an online permits software on June 1, 2012, which is accessed through a separate website.

Permit applications made on or after June 1, 2012:

To access permit reports, navigate to www.mypermitnow.org and click the green Customer Portal link. Permits applied for beginning June 01, 2012, are available through this portal only.

Before going to the new portal, please download and print the full step by step user guide which illustrates how to easily navigate the new website after you create your customer account.

Once your customer account is created, the following steps will display the list of permits applied for:

  1. Click the green "Customer Portal" button and log in to the system
  2. Click the green "Search Permits" button
  3. Select "Click here for advanced reporting or bulk downloads"
  4. Select "Permit Applications" and click "GO"
  5. Enter the start date and end date for the desired reporting period
  6. Click "View Report"

To save or print the report, you will first need to export it as a .PDF file.

  1. Click the "export" icon (image of a floppy disk with green arrow)
  2. Select "PDF" from the drop menu
  3. Select to print or to download the .PDF report
  4. Your report will open in Acrobat Reader and can be printed

In addition to accessing reports, this new portal will now provide permit applicants and contractors access to inspection reports, plan review files, and many other advanced features online.

Please use the Prior Permits Search Option.
