Our Mission

The Registrar of Voters is responsible for the registration of voters in the parish and for the administration and enforcement of laws, rules and regulations relating to the registration of voters, according to the Louisiana Election Code. The Registrar is also responsible for conducting Early-Voting and Absentee-Voting.

How do I register to vote?

Come in person to the Registrar of Voters Office located at 8026 Main Street, Suite 101 (Government Tower).

Citizens with a current Louisiana Driver's License may apply for voter registration electronically at, while those already registered may review their registration information and apply to update or change if necessary.

Voter Registration Applications are available at Terrebonne Parish Public Libraries.
