Violation Information

A street address is preferred and allows us to check pertinent information prior to making a field inspection, such as prior complaints and property ownership. If no street address is available, describe location as precisely as possible (Ex: vacant lot next to 123 A and B Streets, or lot directly behind 123 Main Street) or give a description of structure/items on property.
