Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government has contracted with an on-line auction site, Central Auction House, Ltd (CAH), to liquidate adjudicated properties and surplus items. By using CAH, it will be beneficial to allow the continuous sale of adjudicated properties and surplus items.
The surplus auctions will be posted on https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/main.php under Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government. To participate in the online bidding, you will have to register with Central Auction House (CAH) at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/registration.php. There is no cost to register.
Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government shall collect a website transaction fee of 10% of the winning bid amount in addition to the winning bid amount from each winning bidder on surplus moveable items and a website transaction fee of 5% of the winning bid amount in addition to the winning bid amount from each winning bidder on surplus real estate auction items.
