The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government's Head Start Program provides comprehensive services for low-income children and families. These services include high quality early childhood education, nutrition, health, mental health, and social services along with a strong parent involvement component.

Give your Child a Head Start

The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government's Head Start Program is accepting applications for children ages 3 to 5 years from low income families for the 2013-2014 school session. Parents of children with severe disabilities are encouraged to apply.  To apply you can visit any of these locations.  To be eligible for the 2013-2014 school session, children must be 3 years old by Sept. 30, 2013. Children do not have to be potty trained.
Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Head Start Program does not charge a fee or solicit a fee for services to families enrolling their child into the Head Start Program.
