PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – Terrebonne Parish is now using new online permits software
and you may need to access information in a different way
to that which you have used in the past.
For permit applications made on or after 06/01/2012:
To access permit reports, please go to www.mypermitnow.org and click on the green Customer Portal link. Permits applied for beginning June 01, 2012 are now available through this new portal.
Before going to the new portal, please use the following link to download and print the full step by step user guide which illustrates how to easily navigate the new web-site after you create your customer account.
Once you have created your customer account, the following steps will create the list of permits applied for:
Click the green "Customer Portal" button and log in to the system;
Click the green "Search Permits" button;
Select "Click here for advanced reporting or bulk downloads";
Select "Permit Applications" and click "GO";
Enter the start date and end date for the desired reporting period;
Click "View Report";
To save or print the report, you will first need to export it as a .PDF file.
Click on the "export" icon (image of a floppy disk with green arrow)
Select "PDF" from the drop menu
Select to print or to download the .PDF report
Your report will open in Acrobat Reader and can be printed.

In addition to accessing reports, this new portal will now provide permit applicants and contractors access to inspection reports, plan review files, and many other advanced features online.
