Screening results will be reviewed onsite, and CIS providers will be providing personal health risk assessments as well as heart-healthy educational presentations. The event will also include various smoking cessation education presentations.
Risk factors of cardiovascular disease include family history of heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes, as well as smoking, being overweight or being inactive.
Call CIS at 985-873-5058 or click the click below to register for the screening.
