Taking It To The Streets - City Missions Location: Victory of Houma, 5328 West Main St, Houma, LA. Day Two will consist of the following: Water Bottle Outreach - We will be on the corner of MLK and Enterprise by McDonald's handing out water. Who doesn't want FREE water? It's already hot outside! As the traffic light stops on coming traffic we just simply offer the people in their cars free water as an act of kindness, no strings attached. Nursing Home - We will be visiting different nursing homes throughout our entire area just to bring live into them. Widow Outreach - We will be helping out the widows of the area. The ladies will be connecting and cleaning on the inside, while the men will be cutting grass, cutting trees, whatever needs to happen. HAVEN - We will be connecting with the Haven, just supplying them with needs and connecting, building relationships with these ladies. FIRE DEPARTMENT - This is probably the one department that gets overlooked the most out of them all. We just want to show our firemen that we see and appreciate everything they do.
