In order to apply, children must be three years old by Sept. 30, 2009. Families with children who have severe disabilities are encouraged to apply. Applications will be accepted at the TPCG Office of Housing and Human Services at 809 Barrow Street from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. and at all Head Start classrooms from 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m
