And in continuing with his tradition, President Claudet is announcing his 3rd series of town hall meetings, to be held this summer. Taking It To The Streets is our City Missions, it's a way for us to give back to the community that we love so much. Day Three will consist of the following: Water Bottle Outreach - We will be on the corner of MLK and Enterprise by McDonald's handing out water. Who doesn't want FREE water? It's already hot outside! As the traffic light stops on coming traffic we just simply offer the people in their cars free water as an act of kindness, no strings attached. Widow Outreach - We will be helping out the widows of the area. The ladies will be connecting and cleaning on the inside, while the men will be cutting grass, cutting trees, whatever needs to happen. TRASH CLEAN UP - We will be going around our city picking up trash in a variety of areas. We love this city and community and just want it to look its best!

KaBooM Build Day. Volunteers needed to construct a playground at the Marina.

An outdoor event at 22 venues featuring the art work of over 40 local artists with receptions at several locations. Music is provided by Houma-Terrebonne Community Stage Band and several other groups at several locations along Main Street.

Local author Dino Duet will have a table set up for signings of his new book, Human Dinosaurs Part 2: The Gang Wars.

Author Dino Duet will be making a brief appearance at Bent Pages with pre-signed copies of The Tales of Mitch and The Gang Wars.
