This Public Notice solicits proposals from property owners for new construction, existing, or rehabilitation of multi-family rental properties in Terrebonne Parish, for participation in the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Project Based Voucher (PBV) Program. PBV provides rental subsidies to owners for units occupied by singles or families, whose income does not exceed 50% of the area median income level, for up to 20 years with one optional extension of up to 20 years. Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government may assign PBV assistance to up to approximately 105 one to four-bedroom units. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy utilizing the TPCG Proposal Submission Packet containing an Introduction, PBV Request for Proposals, and the Owner Proposal for Project Based Voucher application. Only proposals utilizing the PBV Owner Proposal for Project Based Voucher application will be considered.

Prospective owners may pick up a PBV Proposal Submission Packet at the TPCG Housing & Human Services office, located at 4800 Highway 311 Houma, LA 70360. Prospective owners may also request the packet be mailed to them by mailing the request to the TPCG Housing & Human Services Office, PBV Department.
