About the Program
The Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program (RCIP) is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. RCIP supports infrastructure and community resilience projects that reduce future disaster impacts and promote long-term recovery in Terrebonne Parish.
CDBG-DR funds are administered by the Louisiana Office of Community Development (LOCD) and implemented locally by Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG).
