Public Use Facilities
The Downtown Memorial Park, Edward P. "Bubby" Lyons Courthouse Square, Bandstand, and Rotary Centennial Plaza can be reserved for events. There is no fee associated with using these facilities, but a Public Property Use Permit must be obtained, and a reservation must be made.
Downtown Memorial Park
The park consists of the area surrounding the fountain along Main Street next to Bayou Terrebonne near Barrow Street.
Edward P. "Bubby" Lyons Courthouse Square and Bandstand
The courthouse square consists of the area along Main Street between Church Street and Goode Street where the Bandstand is located.
Rotary Centennial Plaza
The plaza consists of the portion of Belanger Street between Grinage Street and Church Street including public sidewalks and curbs. A public use permit shall not prohibit public access to the Rotary Centennial Plaza.
