The Parkwood Place Affordable Rental Housing NOFA is designed to address the unmet affordable housing need in Terrebonne Parish by providing funds to build rental housing, primarily affordable,
within the Parkwood Place Subdivision located in East Houma. The development funded through this NOFA must benefit low-to-moderate income persons and defined qualifying populations.
The NOFA is open to for-profit and non-profit applicants proposing the development of affordable rental units.

TPCG has allocated the following breakdown of funding for the development of this project:
$800,000 in HUD HOME entitlement funding,
$1,000,000 in HUD HOME-ARP funding, and
$3,000,000 in TPCG general funding.
