The Louisiana Department of Health will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2021, at Pointe Au Chien Indian Tribe Community Center, 3798 LA-665, Montegut, LA 70377. This event is free, and no appointment is needed. Tetanus vaccinations will also be offered. 

The following vaccine options are available: 

• Tetanus (age 18+)
• Pfizer (age12+)
• Johnson & Johnson (age 18+)
• Moderna (age 18+)

Rapid Covid Testing will also be available.
