The Downtown Art Gallery 630 will offer Children's Summer Art Camp for second through 12th graders. Classes will feature watercolor painting, acrylic painting, clay sculpture, collage, and drawing. 

Classes cost $40 a week and will be held June 12-16, June 19-23, July 10-14, and July 17-21, 2017. Second through fifth grade classes are from 10 a.m. till noon, and sixth through 12th grade classes are from 1:30 p.m. till 3:30 p.m.

For more information, call the gallery at 985-851-2198. You must register in person at 630 Belanger Street, Houma. The gallery is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. 

The program is supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council.
