Customer Service

Our Mission

The Customer Service Division is the central collection point of all services for Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government. Specifically, this division performs and oversees all Utility Billings and Collections, bad debt collections of same, and other Administrative consumer related services such as issuing various permits / licenses.

  • collect special assessments (sewer & paving)
  • collect insurance license tax premiums
  • collect worthless checks
  • issue liquor license applications
  • issue certificate of registration applications for solicitation
  • issue special event applications
  • issue electrician and plumber / contractor licenses (must apply @ Planning & Zoning)

This division has also served as a central point of information / directions for visitors to Houma-Terrebonne.
