The Venue at Robinson Ranch Company is hosting a holiday market. Admission is $5 per adult and $5 per child age 2 and over. The event will feature craft vendors, food trucks, kid crafts, Santa pictures, jump houses, and more.

The menu will include pancakes, sausage, milk, juice and coffee. Childrens activities are included. Pictures with Santa will be available for $5 Tickets are $9 in advance or $10 at the door.

Terrebonne Parish's annual parade will start at 5pm at Terrebonne High School and travel down Main Street, turn onto Barrow Street, and end at the corner of Barrow Street and School Street. After the parade, the Parish President and Council members will wish everyone a Merry Christmas and light the Christmas tree at the Courthouse to start the Christmas season in downtown Houma. Come see Santa ride down Bayou Terrebonne! Light your boat up and join in on the fun or watch from the bank! Parade starts at dark and begins at Company Canal and rides to Humble canal. Spectators can park at Montegut Sacred Heart Church.

The event will feature pictures with Santa, music, games, bicycle giveaways, prizes, and much more.

Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government observes 11 regular holidays throughout the year. Public Transit buses will use the weekend schedule during all observed holidays. Garbage collections are suspended/cancelled on New Year's Day, Mardi Gras Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day only.
