Full Bellies Lead to Full Minds Fundraiser October 27 at the H-T Civic Center
The Bags of Hope organization presents the Full Bellies Lead to Full Minds fundraising event from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 27 at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center.
Support a worthy cause while enjoying food, a bounce house, a train ride for kids, craft and vendor booths, a live auction, and live music by Sal Melancon III and the Pontchartrain Shakers. There will also be a Trunk-or-Treat Halloween event for kids from 1 to 3 p.m.
The entry fee is $5 and includes a raffle ticket and unlimted access to the bounce house and train ride.
Bags of Hope is a non-profit organization striving to defeat childhood hunger and empower youth for success. Proceeds from this event will help local children who are suffering from hunger-related issues.
