TFAE to Host the Annual Run for Excellence May 11 in Downtown Houma
The Terrebonne Foundation for Academic Excellence is hosting the 19th Annual Run for Excellence on Saturday, May 11, 2019, in Downtown Houma. This event features a kids' fun run, 5K, and after-party featuring live music, food, beverages, and kids' activities.
The event schedule is as follows:
- 3:00 p.m. - Registration
- 5:30 p.m. - Fun Run
- 6:00 p.m. - 5K Run for Excellence
- 6:30 p.m. - Food Fest After-Party
The race is open to walkers, joggers, runners, and wheel-chair participants of all ages and abilities. The after party includes 30+ food choices, beverages, kids' activities, and a performance by The Flamethrowers.
