Weatherization Class Offered for Low-income Families Fri, Apr. 26
Terrebonne Parish President Gordon E. Dove would like to announce that Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government shall offer a FREE grant that will make your home more energy efficient which helps lower your utility bills.
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is a federally funded program designed to help make your home more energy efficient by adding weatherization measures such as: insulating attics and walls, LED light bulbs, weather stripping windows and doors, HVAC maintenance, addressing indoor air quality issues, combustion appliance analysis, and other measures at no cost to you.
The class will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 26, 2019, at the Main Library, 151 Library Dr, Houma, LA.
The doors will be locked once the class has begun and no one will be allowed in.
