Food Distribution to Take Place Friday, September 18 at Civic Center
The Second Harvest Food Bank and Catholic Charities will host a drive-thru emergency food distribution starting at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, September 18, at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center.
This event is the seventh event in recent months to be hosted by the two organizations. The previous distributions were in Mathews, Houma, Morgan City, and Galliano, and they served a combined total of over 125,000 pounds of food to an estimated 4,800 local families.
