Housing and Human Services Announces Grant Program for First Time Homebuyers
Housing and Human Services announces a First Time Homebuyer Grant Program for homes in the Parkwood Place Subdivision.
Up to $45,000 in grant funds are available for newly constructed homes in Parkwood Place Subdivision. Potential homebuyers must have a household income at or below 80% of median incomes and qualify for a mortgage with a local lender. Homes start at $145,000 with several floor plans to choose from.
