Houma Tunnel to Close from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 12-15
The Houma Tunnel crossing the Intracoastal Canal Waterway (ICWW) in Houma, LA will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily from Monday, April 12, 2021 to Thursday April 15, 2021 in order to allow LA DOTD's maintenance personnel to perform cleaning and maintenance work in the tunnel.
Alternate routes available for crossing the ICWW are:
- LA 24/LA 659 (Twin Span Bridge)
- LA 315 (Dularge Bridge)
