Final Notice 8-Step Determination Open for Public Comment for CHDO Rental Project
The Department of Housing and Human Services’ Community Development Division is required to set aside CHDO reserves from each awarded grant to partner with a local nonprofit. The division is partnering with Start Corporation to develop an affordable duplex unit. During the environmental review of the Proposed Action, it was determined that the project is located in a floodplain and requires notification of the Proposed Action to the public.
