For the 15th consecutive year, the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Finance Department has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management. “We are very proud to once again receive this distinguished award,” said Parish President Michel Claudet. “The credit for this honor goes to our Chief Financial Officer, Jamie Elfert, and the hard working and dedicated people in our Finance Department,” added President Claudet. # # #
