Have you ever wanted to design a Houmapalooza T- shirt? If so, here’s your chance! It's time to get those creative juices flowing!
The Houma Regional Arts Council will donate a $50.00 Visa gift card as well as a complimentary t-shirt to the winner of the first ever Houmapalooza Music Festival T-shirt Design Contest. The deadline to apply is Friday, July 19, 2013.
